A handmade long oval drop pendant with a snake and a very dark natural red ruby cabochon.

We have a long oval drop as a backing, it's approx. 5,7cm long and approx. 2,2cm wide.

The snake is made from fine silver and it's approx. 3,4cm long.  It is protected by a little pieces of wire to either side.

The snake is looking at a very dark totally natural red ruby gemstone cabochon.  This ruby has a natural surface, which means it has small cuts, bumps, inclusions and uneven colour - everything a totally natural stone should have.  Most of these can only be seen on close up - very - close up.

The pendant is called 'sketch' because this piece is keeping some of the signs of being handmade - everything has been polished but not all marks, scratches and discolourations have been removed.

The pendant has a 925 sterling silver snake chain which is approx. 45cm long.
