How are my items shipped?

All items are shipped in a jewellery box and will be shipped with DHL or Hermes with signature confirmation. 

Parcels can also be shipped express (Germany only) if you prefer. Please note that express shipping may cost considerably more.


How secure is this website?  

All payments go through a secure payment processor/bank.
If you pay with PayPal, they will hold and process your payment information.

All orders are placed over a secure connection. The information being transferred is encrypted.

There is no need to register before placing an order, you can order as a guest (also secure connection).


Where to you ship to?

We ship to any country in the EU, Norway, Iceland and Lichtenstein, however, there are export and import laws that may stop us from shipping certain items to certain countries.  One example would be sterling and fine silver, these cannot be shipped to every country.
Please make sure that you are familiar with your countries import laws before ordering an item.
Importing an item (for customers outside the EU) may result in extra taxes to be paid by the person importing the item.
Please note that I am not responsible for any duties, taxes or other charges that are incurred when importing an item into your country.


How can I make sure I order the correct ring size?

To make sure you have the correct ring size please check out the 'Ring Size' page where you will find information as to what is required and how you can measure your ring size.

You can also purchase a ring sizer, available in my shop, should you then place an order for a ring, the cost of the ring sizer will be deducted from the price of the ring.
